Bardificer’s Guild – Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Welcome, adventurer! By joining the Bardificer’s Guild Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms. Please read this guild contract carefully before enlisting.

1. Program Basics

Official Name: Bardificer’s Guild Affiliate Program
Commission Rates:
- Tier 1 → 8% on qualifying sales
  - Free Affiliate Kit after your first referral! This includes a Board Game Boss pin, sticker pack, and a free miniature of your choice!
- Tier 2 → 10% once you’ve generated $100 in sales
- Tier 3 → 12% once you’ve generated $300 in sales
- Tier 4 → 15% once you've generated $750 in sales
Commission Window: Applies to a customer’s first two purchases made through your referral link. Cookies last for 90 days.
Commission Approval & Payouts: All affiliate sales are tracked in real time. When a customer makes a purchase through your link, the commission will immediately appear in your dashboard as Pending.

Commissions are approved 14 days after the sale to allow time for order processing, refunds, or cancellations. Once the 14-day window passes, the commission is marked as Approved and will be included in your next monthly payout.

This ensures that commissions are only paid on completed, successful sales, while still letting you track your progress and celebrate your wins right away.

2. Commission & Payment

Minimum Payout: $25 in earned commissions.
Payment Frequency: Paid monthly for the prior month’s approved sales.
Payment Method: PayPal only (a valid account is required).
Exclusions: Taxes, shipping fees, and refunded orders do not generate commission.

3. Affiliate Eligibility

Region: U.S.-based affiliates only.

4. Marketing & Branding Rules

Affiliates may use official Board Game Boss logos, product images, and approved materials.
Affiliates may not:

Alter logos or branding,
Represent themselves as “Board Game Boss,”
Create new branded graphics without prior written approval.

5. Prohibited Practices

Affiliates may not:

Run paid ads targeting “Board Game Boss” or close variations,
Use spam, misleading claims, or deceptive practices,
Promote on offensive or illegal websites.

6. Discounts & Codes

Affiliates will receive a referral link for tracking sales.
Discounts do not stack

7. Termination Clause

Board Game Boss may remove affiliates for:

Violating these terms,
Fraudulent activity, or
Extended inactivity (no referrals for 12+ months).

Unpaid commissions under $25 will be forfeited upon termination.

8. Legal & Liability

Affiliates must disclose their relationship per FTC guidelines (for example, “I earn commissions for purchases made through this link”).
Affiliates are responsible for their own promotional content. Board Game Boss is not liable for claims resulting from affiliate-generated materials.
Governing Law: Kentucky, USA.

9. Updates

The Bardificer’s Guild may amend these terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of material updates via email or affiliate dashboard. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
